Yahrtzeit observance

You might be familiar with the term "Yahrtzeit."

Yahrtzeit is Yiddish for the anniversary of passing of a loved one. It is a day to connect with the soul of the departed, to contemplate his/her life's accomplishments, and to commemorate the lasting contributions that are a part of his/her eternal legacy.
We would be honored and privileged to provide you with the materials and inspiration you need to observe your loved one's yahrzeit on its proper day on the Jewish calendar.

Tefillin project

For thousands of years, Tefillin have kept the Jewish people company during our wanderings to the four corners of the earth - both on the tranquil waters of peace, and on the stormy seas of tragic times.

Always, in every place and at all times, Jews have guarded their Tefillin with courage and pride, and the Mitzvah of Tefillin has in turn guarded the Jews.

The Missoula Tefillin Project endeavors to assist every Jewish male in and around Missoula with this precious and sacred mitzvah.

Shabbat Lights

Greeting the Shabbat and Jewish holidays are girls and women across the globe. Shortly before sunset they light candles, which usher in peace and blessing to their homes and to the world.

“If you keep the lights of Shabbat, I [G‑d] will show you the lights of Zion.”

Every Shabbat candle lit, every Jewish home bathed in the tranquility and sanctity of Shabbat, is one step closer to the ultimate redemption, the era of “Shabbat-like tranquility and rest.”
